A consortium including investment company Nautic Capital will start the construction of Nautix Amsterdam from March 1, 2021.
Nautix Amsterdam
Nautix Amsterdam will be a nautical quarter, which will be the gathering place for nautically related business and water recreation. It is being realized in Baaibuurt Oost, Zeeburg, on the water directly opposite Camping Zeeburg and close to the Ring A10.
Marina with 250 berths
The area will include a marina with 250 berths, equipped with a ramp and crane to launch boats. Part of the marina will be an E-Harbour, intended for electrically powered boats and therefore equipped with a ‘smart charging’ electricity infrastructure.
Catering facilities in Nautix Amsterdam
A mixed-use building will be erected on the harbor, intended for large-scale catering, event rooms, offices and showrooms of Holland Sport Boat Center and a boat service/workshop. Nautix Amsterdam will also be equipped with approximately 125 on-site parking spaces.
Water-based entertainment in the broadest sense
Visitors to Nautix Amsterdam will be able to enjoy a wide range of water fun, including a children’s sailing school, water ski school and boat rental.
Nautic Capital
The developer of the area includes Nautic Capital, an Amsterdam investment company specialized in nautical enterprises and nautical real estate.
New hotspot for water sports
In short: Nautix Amsterdam will be the new hotspot for water sports and water fun. The marina will be ready in May 2021, the mixed-use building will be completed in early 2023.
